CALL JUAN NOW!! Zillow does not have enough character count to say about Juan Parada. He is absolutely the best realtor around. He’s a fighter- gets your offer in immediately!! Always picks up his phone instantly even late at night due to time zone differences. Juan went out of his way every time possible to ensure an easy, seamless transaction. He did countless video chats showing properties when I could not travel from across Coasts to view with no hesitation or complaints! I was not buying anything expensive by any means for the area (under $175k) and it didn’t matter what so ever, every time We spoke made it seem like I was the only priority!!
